Maybe it is time to just let an Indian tribe build it and run it. It is becoming increasingly obvious that the New York State Government is too inept to get the job done. Rather than continue to be the laughing stock of the world, the state government (Paterson and Silver and Smith) should step aside and let competent people handle the problem. And we expect the state government to solve the OTB situation? Gimme a break.
